Participant Guidelines

For all participants

The 64th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Neurology employs the same registration system for pre-registration and same-day registration. Payments can be made by credit card.
Please register to participate through online registration on the Annual Meeting website in advance.
Please print out your QR-code image embedded “Registration Confirmation” from the online registration page beforehand.

For invited speakers from overseas

Secretariat will inform you individually the way to participate the meeting.

For online participants

1. Live and On-demand Streaming Site

You can access the live and on-demand streaming site using the ID and Password stated in the registration notification email.

Live Streaming
Plenaries and Symposia in English will be available for live-streaming during JSN2023.
Streaming Period: May 18 (Wed.) – May 21 (Sat.)

On-Demand streaming
Some sessions will be available for on-demand streaming after the congress.
Streaming Period: June 15, 2023 - July 31, 2023 (tentative).
Please read this page for the details of on-demand streaming.

2. Receipt and Certification of Participant

After registration, you can download receipt from your "My Page".
Please download it by the end of the June.
Certificate of Participate will be issued about 2 weeks after the Congress.

3. How to submit a question.

During the congress, you can post questions from the dedicated form.
Please note that we may not be able to cover all questions.
