Important Notes for Presenters
Deadline for Congress Registration by the First (presenting) Authors: Monday, March 15, 2027, 5:00 PM (JST)
Please note that any abstract for which payment of the congress registration fee cannot be confirmed by 5:00 PM (JST) on Monday, March 15, 2027, under the first (presenting) author's name), will be automatically withdrawn.
If payment cannot be completed by the deadline due to institutional or administrative procedures (e.g., your institution's accounting process), please contact the Congress Registration Office in advance.
For this congress, a presentation will be considered officially completed only when all of the following requirements have been fulfilled:
- Payment of the early congress registration fee by 5:00 PM (JST) on Monday, March 15, 2027;
- Presentation at the congress (for poster presentations, this includes poster display as well as on-site presentation and discussion); and
- Publication of the abstract in the Supplement Issue of Clinical Neurology.

Online Registration Procedure
Click the Online Registration link at the bottom of this page and follow the instructions.
Upon registration completion, an automated email will be sent to your registered email address with your registration details.
Important: We do not accept registrations via telephone, fax, or email.
Payment Information
Online registration accepts credit card payments only (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club).
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for cancellations once registration is complete.

Participation Format
The conference program is primarily designed for on-site participation, with select sessions available for live streaming and on-demand access.
Live Streaming:
While the program mainly focuses on in-person participation, select English-language sessions (e.g., symposia) will be offered via live streaming. Up to three to four sessions will be streamed simultaneously each day. General sessions, including oral and poster presentations, will not be streamed online. Further details about live-streamed sessions will be included in the published schedule at a later date.
Important: All invited presentations, as well as oral and poster presentations, are expected to be presented in person at the conference venue. No presentations will be held exclusively online or in print.
On-Demand Streaming:
After the conference, all recorded lectures (including those by invited speakers) will be available for on-demand viewing on a designated platform until mid-July. Please note that sessions not streamed live will not be available for on-demand access.
Receipt
After completing payment of the registration fee, the receipt can be downloaded from the "Congress My Page" below.
The download will be available until 11:59 p.m. on July 31, 2027 (Saturday).
Please be sure to download and securely retain the receipt data yourself within the designated period.
Certificate of Attendance
Please note that a Certificate of Attendance will not be issued simply by completing your registration, regardless of whether you attend the congress in person or via web streaming.
Please refer to the information below for details on how to obtain your certificate.
(1) On-site Certificate of Attendance (Name Badge)
The On-site Certificate of Attendance (Name Badge) will be issued at the venue on the day of the congress.
A "Registration Confirmation (QR Code)" is required for issuance.
The “Registration Confirmation" will be available for download from the “Congress My Page" from around early May 2027.
Please be sure to bring a printed copy of your “Registration Confirmation" with you to the venue on the day of the congress.
*Please note that the “Registration Confirmation" can be downloaded and printed as many times as needed throughout the congress period.
(2) Web Certificate of Attendance
The Web Certificate of Attendance will be issued automatically when all of the following requirements are met:
- Watch at least one eligible session during the conference period.
- Click the "Start Viewing" and "Complete Viewing" buttons on the streaming page of the eligible session to register your viewing time.
The download will be available until 11:59 p.m. on July 31, 2027 (Saturday).
Please be sure to download and securely retain the certificate data yourself within the designated period.
