Due to the changes with the tax treaty, we kindly ask the invited speakers who make tax payments to one of the following countries listed below to fill out the “Application Form for Income Tax Convention (Form 7)” and send it to the secretariat for claiming benefits under this new treaty. Please send TWO (2) ORIGINAL COPIES of the completed Form to the secretariat by post by May 6, 2011.*
For those who make tax payments in the U.S. we would like to ask to send two more additional official documents that are required due to the new tax treaty.** For details, please see the instruction below.

Note:
* All documents must arrive to the secretariat prior to the Meeting. Please be advsied that some documents may take up to a few months to obtain in the U.S. For speakers who make tax payments in the U.S., we strongly advise to obtain these documents as early as possible.
** Additional documents are required ONLY IF you make your tax payments in the U.S. For those who make tax payments outside of the U.S., you are only required to submit the Form 7.
