Important announcement for the oral / poster (freepapers) presenters from overseas

Important announcement for the oral / poster (freepapers) presenters from overseas

We regretfully announce that the organizing committee of the 63rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Neurology (JSN2022) has decided to change oral and poster presentations from overseas from on site, to online on-demand streaming due to the current border restrictions and upward trend of COVID-19 cases in Japan.

It is strongly recommended for attendees from overseas to choose online attendance.
Plenaries and Symposia in English will be live-streamed.

We require Oral presenters from overseas to pre-record and submit their presentation video in advance. The videos will be broadcast on the screen on site on the day of the presentation.
Additionally, they will be available for on-demand viewing on a special website from the end of the Annual Meeting until June 30, 2022.
Poster presenters from overseas are requested to pre-record and submit their "Short Talk" video in advance, which will be available for on-demand streaming from May 16 to June 30, 2022.
Additionally, poster presenters are required to submit their poster data in advance and the printed posters will be displayed in the poster room during the Annual Meeting.

We apologize for this sudden announcement but hope to welcome you to Japan for next year’s Meeting.

Thank you very much for your contribution and continued support of JSN2022.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Sincerely yours,

Nobutaka Hattori, M.D., Ph.D.
